You don’t have to spend so much time.
This app may decide anything you want to decide. And you can tweet results. This app has three functions.
function1: Yes or No - enter the question, the app returns yes or no.
function2: Choice - enter the choices(max 4, ABCD), the app answers one of them.
function3: Number - define the range, the app picks a number in it.
